Zoom + Email Consultations

How Zoom + Email Consultations Work

Healing requires space to listen, observe, and respond, not rush. My process is designed to honor both your capacity and mine while offering thoughtful, terrain-based support for your whole family.

Step 1: The Initial Session

We begin with a 60-minute intake. Before the call, you’ll send any previous labs, medical history, or details that help me understand your background and current challenges.

During the Zoom, we’ll walk through your full health timeline, environmental exposures, nervous system patterns, and what your body currently tolerates. This first session helps me see the full picture and gives us a relational foundation for the work ahead.

Step 2: Ongoing Support by Email

After the initial intake, continued care happens through email consultations. This format allows me to explore your case from multiple perspectives including physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental, while drawing on a variety of modalities to support your terrain. It gives space for reflection and thoughtful guidance, and allows me to respond with the same presence, passion, and depth I bring to my own family and inner circle.

Each email consultation looks at the whole terrain, not just one symptom or system. I consider how nutrition, environment, nervous system patterns, emotional stress, and spiritual alignment are working together in your healing process.

You’ll receive a written response that include:
• Insight into how your current patterns are affecting regulation and resilience
• Simple, practical next steps to support your body’s detox, nourishment, and balance
• Recommendations for emotional and spiritual alignment to restore peace and connection
• Lifestyle or home environment adjustments that help create safety for your nervous system

You’ll receive written guidance you can revisit anytime without the pressure of trying to remember everything from a live session.

The Email Thread Model

Each email consultation functions as one thread:
• You send an update or questions related to your current care
• I reply with a detailed written response
• You may ask one round of clarifying questions pertaining to my response
• Any new topic becomes a new consult

This structure keeps your care organized, sustainable, and affordable.

Step 3: Collaboration as Needed

If we reach a point where lab testing would truly inform your next step, I’ll collaborate with my partner practitioner who specializes in that part of care. There’s no pressure to begin with labs unless they would change your plan.
