What is a heart-wall?

The heart is the most powerful electromagnetic organ in your body — generating 60 to 1000 times more energy than your brain. It’s your most potent and influential organ when it comes to both physical and emotional well-being.

We often feel pressure or discomfort in the chest or throat when we’re deeply hurt, grieving, or experiencing loss. This is what we commonly refer to as “heartache.” Your heart is the core of your being, and your subconscious mind recognizes it as vital to protect — at all costs.

When you experience intense emotional trauma, your subconscious may construct an “energy wall” to guard your heart from further injury. This barrier — called the Heart-Wall — is made of trapped emotions, layered one by one around the heart. At first, the Heart-Wall can be a necessary defense — helping you survive emotionally overwhelming situations or trauma.

But over time, it can become a barrier to connection, intimacy, and emotional freedom. It may block your ability to fully engage with life, express yourself authentically, or experience God’s love and peace as deeply as you were created to.

The good news is — through emotional release therapy, this Heart-Wall can be gently and prayerfully dismantled — layer by layer. As the wall comes down, many people experience a renewed capacity to feel joy, love, peace, and connection — returning to life with a more open and unguarded heart.
